Im sure you could get the CP-E standback for the 3 to work on the 6. Theres also Split second's tuner coming out whenever Ricardo from F2 finishes his kit.

The Great NY- The stock K-20 motor can make 500whp, if not a little more. My buddy is running completely stock internals and plans to build it next summer; sleeved block, rods, pistons, springs, retainers, etc. I'd be happy to scan the dyno charts in for you. AND he's running 19 psi, which is pretty much the highest he's currently able to take it without it being built.

But thanks for the info. I appreciate it.

I know that supercharger kit has been in the making for a while now. Any idea of when Ricardo will be through with it?

Its not a SC kit, its a turbo kit.. and it should have been done last August lol. They have MrTea's car right now and he has told me it should be done by summer (IIRC).

F2's site already has a stage 1 & 2 turbo kit available though. Last time I checked he was developing a SC kit for us as well.

F2's site is outdated...

IF (and thats a big if) he decides to do a SC kit for the 6, i dont see it happening anytime soon. Lets say.... a couple years.

Hmmm didn't know that. I'd rather go turbo than SC anyday of the week, but I was just curious.

anyway the stock 2.3L duratec is good for about 250-300whp with a GOOD tune...........after that, you should really replace the rods and pistons.

as for the 500whp rsx, lol...........he told you he has stock internals? or is he saying the block can handle that with forged pistons and rods.

i ran into some dude with an RSX on friday, car was idling really bad, like his MAP sensor was shot or had a bad vacumm leak. so me being the gear head i am, i approached him and asked what kinda lift and duration are you running?

the ricer looks at me and was like "what do you mean"

mind you this was after he was telling everyone he had cams, lol....so i laugh histerically and he says "whats so funny, u wanna run........all my boys laughed at him and the crowd dispersed laughing at him.

anyway, back on topic

piece it together you'll save money and probably have all the parts before the hiboost kit would even arrive
I wish I knew as much as you do.

I'm on 100% stock motor. Makes boost on my current tune from 4200 to 9000. I live with inline4 and we have been friends since we were 6 years old... he can attest that the car will hardly drive in a straight line under WOT. If you'd like, I can provide you with about 10 other links to build threads of friends of mine on similar setups. Buy a car with a good motor and a company like Hondata backing it and you'd understand.

i dont mess with hondas, no originality, no torque. i'd never buy a honda for the purpose of building it. if your making 500whp on an all-stock motor, i commend you.

i gaurantee you do 2-3 road races with that car, it'll blow half way thru the second one.

EDIT:

2-3 races on a road coure with that car running 18psi on a stock motor, it will blow
